Studio hire
Three dance studios and two music rooms, available outside class times.
The building is busiest between four and eight on weekdays and on Saturday morning. Outside those hours the studios are usually empty, and we would rather they were used. Rehearsal, audition preparation, a small class of your own, a photographic shoot that does not need us there — all fine.
The rules
- Hire is by the hour with a one-hour minimum, and the hour includes your setting up and clearing away.
- The floors are sprung and they are the reason this building works. No street shoes in the dance studios, no furniture dragged across them, and nothing on a wheel.
- No food or drink other than water in any studio.
- You are responsible for anybody you bring in. If you are teaching children who are not our students, that is your programme and your insurance rather than ours.
- We do not hire the studios to another dance or music school teaching the same disciplines to the same neighbourhood, which is a commercial position rather than a moral one and we would rather say it than be vague.

Telephone the office and describe what the hour is for. If you would rather see one of the rooms in ordinary use first, a free trial class is the fastest way to do that.
