What is recorded, why, and for how long

• Enrolment records. Student name, date of birth, guardian names, contact numbers, e-mail, medical notes you choose to give us and the adults permitted to collect. Kept while the student is enrolled and for three years afterwards.
• Registers. Attendance, per class, per week. Kept for the school year and the one after it.
• Photography consent. A yes or a no per student, with the date it was given or withdrawn. Kept as long as any image it covers is held.
• Payment records. What was charged and what was paid. Kept for seven years because that is what the accounts require.
• This website. The enrolment and enquiry forms record what you type and the address you sent it from, which is spam protection. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites and there is no advertising code on it.

Nothing on this site tracks a visitor across other websites, and there is no advertising code on it anywhere — no pixel, no tag manager, and nothing that follows you to the next page you visit after this one. The only thing this website records about browsing it is what you choose to type into the enrolment or enquiry forms, and that is kept as spam protection rather than as tracking.

Asking for a copy, or asking for a deletion

Ask the office for a copy of anything held about your family and you will get it. Ask for something to be deleted and it will be, unless it is a payment record we are required to keep.
